Warranty & Sales Policy

Items are posted within 1-3 working days from date payment is received.

Stock availability and prices are subject to change without notice - please check with us before you buy and backorder can take some time.

Buyers absorb all shipping cost, insurance and handling charges.

Item may be repacking and ship without box to fit shipping requirement.

Most new computers and parts come with 1 year limited supplier warranty. (Return to base) Others items may have 45 days limited supplier warranty only.

Unless stated "actual product" otherwise the product images are for illustration purposes only.

Defective items will be replaced within 10 days and in some cases more time may be required.

There is no warranty on softwares, related or unrelated problems.

Warranty voided, if physical damage to the part including remove of label, damage by virus and improper usage.

Any Goods returned that are found not faulty and or not eligible for warranty replacement will attract a service fee for time expended testing the item in question.
