Do not carry dangerous goods, hazardous, restricted articles, prohibited commodities, restricted commodities and dirty.

Responsible for the customer’s goods whilst they are within its custody or control and shall be liable for loss and stolen subject to term of door to door registered service.

Delivery to any place nominated by the Consignor and leave the goods at that place which shall be conclusively presumed to be delivery of the goods in accordance of our term of service.

That the goods are packed properly, safely, securely, and all reasonable care has been taken to limit damage as we do not have damages to goods claim policy.

Door to door registered service covered up to a maximum of $150 for loss or stolen of goods.

Door to door service does not have any insurance.

Any claim in written notice giving full particulars of any alleged loss or damage to be received within fourteen (14) days after and exclusive of the date of despatch. No claims of any type will be recognised after the specified period.

Maximum length 2.4m wrapped.

Online quote for goods must be located at ground level next to the main door.

Goods must be packed with label attached and availabe on the nomimated pickup date.

We reserve the right to correct delivery quote & booking at any time or refuse service to you with or without any reasons, in such cases any payment received will be refund.

No refund is made to a booked service.

Violated of terms & conditions of carriage will result in goods being refused pickup and no refund of delivery fee.
